I want to change my billing cycle, how do I do this?

I want to cancel my account and get a refund.

You are able to cancel your account at any time within your Personal Account Settings. Please refer to our Refund Policy or reach out to [email protected].


What happens if I cancel part way through my paid subscription?

If you are on our Quarterly or Biannual Plans, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount based on your usage. (Ex. you had only used 30 days of our your 90 days subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining 60 days.)

If you are on our Monthly plan, your refund will be approved based on purchase date and usage. Please refer to our Refund Policy or reach out to [email protected].

I bought a monthly subscription, but I want to change to a Quarterly or Biannual, how can I do this?

You can choose to cancel your subscription and finish out the month you have subscribed to. Then follow the prompt to upgrade once your monthly plan has finished.


Support is able to refund the initial monthly purchase depending on payment date. You will then be able to subscribe and purchase your desired subscription type. Reach out to support via email or chat for assistance.
