Where do I update my billing information?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.


How does my billing cycle work?

When you pay for Huntr, you are paying ahead for the service you are about to use (similar to a gym membership). You are billed on the same day of every 1, 3, or 6 months depending on your subscription type.


If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will not be charged your upcoming invoice. You can view your next invoice date within your Personal Account Settings under Plan & Usage > Plan Info


My payment was declined, what do I do?

First, try contacting your bank or credit card provider to be sure the charge is accepted. If you require additional assistance reach out to support via chat or email.


I canceled my account β€” where's my refund?

Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund. If you have canceled your account and would like to inquire about a refund, reach out to Support via chat or email. See our Refund Policy for full details.


I canceled my account, why is Huntr still attempting to charge my card?

Huntr will process an invoice for your subscription monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. If you choose to cancel and the charge has been attempted but not successful, our system may consider the invoice overdue and will try to collect it. If you require assistance, please reach out to support via chat or email.


I canceled my subscription, but I want to restart it β€” is this possible?

Yes! To restart your subscription, head to your account settings (name is bottom left hand corner) > Plan and Usage > Restore Subscription.


I've been charged more than once β€” why?

This typically happens in one of two cases:

  1. Your initial subscription invoice was overdue and has not yet been successfully paid.

  2. You have created more than one account with Huntr and have two active subscriptions.

If you are unsure about the cause, reach out to Support and a refund will be issued if applicable.


Can I transfer a subscription between accounts?

No. Huntr cannot move a subscription from one account to another. A partial or full refund can be applied, but a new account and subscription must be created on the desired account.
