Your Personal Account Settings allow you to manage your account details, plan, notifications, and data. Access them by clicking your name in the bottom left corner of your dashboard, then Personal Account Settings.

How can I change my email on file?
You cannot change your email on file. Your email is used as a unique identifier for your account and cannot be changed. You are able to create a new account, though your account data cannot be transferred between accounts. Reach out to Support for further questions.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account within your Personal Account Settings.
Click your name in the bottom left corner, then Personal Account Settings
Choose Plan and Usage and click Cancel Account under Plan Info
📓 Note: If you choose to Delete your account as well, you can do this in the same window. After cancellation, all your data remains secure and accessible, but Pro features will no longer be available unless you opt to re-subscribe.
I want to change my billing cycle — how do I do this?
Reach out to support via chat or [email protected] to make this change. If you make adjustments mid-cycle, Pro features will remain accessible until the current cycle ends, with no further charges beyond that point.
Will I lose my data if I cancel my subscription?
No. If you cancel your Huntr Pro subscription, your data remains intact and accessible — including resumes, cover letters, and job postings.
You will lose access to Pro features like saving over 100 jobs or generating AI content. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, Pro features will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further payments will be processed.
Personal Account Settings
Your Personal Account Settings can be accessed any time by clicking your name on the bottom left hand side of your dashboard > Personal Account Settings.
My Account
Personal Information: Add a profile photo, change your first and last name, and review active coupons.
Download my data: Downloads a ZIP file containing multiple CSVs of all data stored in Huntr — Job Data, Activity Data, Profile Data, and Contacts Data.
Delete my account: Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. All data and information you've entered into Huntr will be permanently removed.
Plan & Usage
Plan Info: Displays your current plan, cancellation date, and account state. When on a Pro Plan you'll see your next invoice date and the option to cancel. When on a Basic Plan you'll see the option to upgrade.
Usage: Details the amount of Generations, Jobs, Contacts, and Documents you currently have. Particularly useful for Basic Plan users tracking their limits.
