How do I reset my password?

Where do I update my billing information

How can I change my email on file?

You cannot change your email on file. As your email is used as a unique identifer to your account, this cannot be changed. You are able to create a new account, though your account data cannot be transferred between accounts. Reach out to Support for further questions.



How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account within your personal account settings.

  1. On the bottom left of the window, click your name and then Personal Account Settings

  2. Choose Plan and Usage and click Cancel Account under Plan Info

  3. If you choose to Delete your account as well, you can do this in the same window.
    ​



I want to change my billing cycle, how do I do this?

Will I lose my data if I cancel my subscription?

No, you will not lose any of your data if you cancel your Huntr Pro subscription. Your data will remain intact, and you will be able to access it at any time, you just won't be able to access the pro features, like saving over 100 jobs or generating AI content.



Personal Account Settings

Your Personal Account Settings can be accessed any time by clicking your name on the bottom left hand side of your dashboard > Personal Account Settings.



My Account

  1. Personal Information: Add a Profile photo, change your first and last name, and review active coupons.
    ​

  2. Download my data: Downloading your data will prompt a download within your browser of all data that is stored in Huntr. This will be downladed as a Zip file and contains multiple CSV's. You will be able to view all Job Data, Activity Data, Profile Data, and Contacts Data.
    ​

  3. Delete my account: Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. All data and information you've entered into Huntr will be wiped and no longer accessible.



Plan & Usage

  1. Plan Info: Displays your current plan, cancelation date, and account state. This will vary depending on your current subscription.

    When on a Pro Plan, you will have an option to cancel your subscription. view your next invoice date, and plan type.

    ​When on a Basic Plan, you will have an option to upgrade and no other details.
    ​

  2. Usage: Details the amount of Generations, Jobs, Contacts, and Documents you currently have. This is beneficial to those on the Basic Plan to track usage.

  1. Weekly Digest: A weekly rundown of all your Job Search data right ot your email inbox.

  2. Daily Digest: A Daily rundown of all your Job Search data right ot your email inbox.
