When you log in to Huntr, you'll land on your main dashboard, designed to give you quick and easy access to everything you need. From here, you can navigate through your job search tools using the Navigation Bar, update your personal preferences in the Account Settings, and reach out to our team anytime through the Support Chat window. It’s your central hub to stay organized and accessing all tools that Huntr provides.

Resume Builder
Resume Builder takes you to the builder page, where you can create and manage your Base and Tailored Resumes. To find out how to build your resume, please refer to our Resume Builder Guide.
AI Cover Letters & More
AI Cover Letters & More opens the AI tools page, All AI tools will become accessible once a job is saved to the Huntr Job Tracker. The AI Tools consist of: Cover Letters, Follow Up Email, Interview Prep Questions, Interview Questions, Thank You Email, Reschedule Email, Decline Offer Email, Offer Negotiation, Offer Acceptance, and Offer Time Extension.
Autofill Applications
Autofill Applications directs you to edit your Autofill settings which lives within your Profile. Your Profile stores key information like your contact details, work experience, and education, which the autofill feature uses to complete application fields quickly and accurately. Chrome Extension
Chrome Extension directs you to download and manage the Huntr Chrome Extension. This powerful tool helps you save job postings directly from your browser into your Huntr Job Tracker. Don’t forget to check out our Extension Help Docs for setup instructions and tips.
Profile
The Profile section is where you can edit and manage your personal information, including contact details, work experience, and education. Keeping your profile up to date ensures accurate autofill for applications, you can also build resumes based off of your Profile contents.
Contacts
The Contacts page is where you can organize and manage all your professional connections related to your job search. Easily track networking opportunities, hiring managers, and recruiter details in one place. For a detailed guide, visit our Contacts Page.
Documents
The Documents page is your centralized space for storing and organizing files related to your job search, such as resumes, cover letters, and portfolios. Upload, manage, and access your documents anytime. For more details, check out our Documents Page.
My Job Trackers
The My Job Trackers title is clickable and directs you to the Job Tracker Manager. Here, you can edit your job tracker details, including renaming your boards accessing archived boards, creating new boards, and managing shared boards. It’s your go to tool for customizing and organizing Job Boards. To find out more, refer to our Job Tracker Walkthrough.
Board Title
Clicking on this Job Board title will bring you directly to your Job Tracker. To learn more about your Job Tracker and its functions look to our Job Tracker Walkthrough.
Account Settings
Account Settings gives you access to manage your personal account details, update your preferences, or log out. In the settings, you can change the account user name, review your plans and usage, cancel your subscription, and manage your email notifications. For more information, check out our Account Settings Help Page. If you wish to delete your data or account, you can find detailed instructions in our Deleting Data & Account Page.
You can hide the Navigation bar at any time by hovering over the dividing line until it is highlighted. You can then slide the Navigation bar to the left, all Navigation Bar options can still be accessed when minimized.
Chat Support
Our chat Support is available weekdays, excluding Canadian Holidays from 9am-5pm EST. Our Chat support Window can be accessed by clicking the Purple Icon in the bottom right hand corner. Here you will be able to chat with a Live Agent and have access to frequently used Help Documents.
