Huntr’s Job Search Metrics feature is great tool for enhancing your job search performance. If you’ve been struggling to land interviews or offers, this section provides valuable insights into your job search metrics, including application frequency, interview conversion rates, and response times. With access to your personalized job search funnel, you can track how many applications it takes to secure interviews and how many interviews lead to job offers. By understanding your application cadence and overall performance, you can make informed adjustments to your strategy, ensuring you stay on track and maximize your chances of success.
The Job Search Funnel provides a clear view of your job search progress through the typical stages. Here's how it works:
Jobs Saved: This column displays all jobs you have saved within the selected date range, giving you an overview of your potential opportunities.
Applications: From the saved jobs, we track how many have an associated application activity. This number populates the Applications column, allowing you to see how many opportunities you’ve pursued.
Interviews: We then analyze how many of these applications have led to interviews, which is reflected in the Interviews column. This insight helps you understand your success rate in moving to the next stage.
Offers: Finally, we assess how many interviews resulted in job offers, displayed in the Offers column. This gives you a comprehensive look at your effectiveness in securing job offers

The Key Stats section offers a quick snapshot of your overall job search activity and performance, helping you assess your progress at a glance.
The Jobs Created section shows the total number of jobs you’ve saved in Huntr, providing a quick snapshot of your job search activity. View your saved jobs on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to track progress and fine-tune your focus. Use this section to see if you’re building a wide pipeline of opportunities that align with your goals. You can also access and export all saved jobs to a CSV for easy tracking or sharing.
The Activities section offers an interactive graph and detailed list to help you analyze the progress and stages of your job search. Here, you can add, adjust, or remove individual job activities, customizing details like dates, colors, and view settings to match your needs. Track important metrics such as job creation dates, job titles, and completion times. This section is a powerful tool for building and configuring reports, which you can then export for easy reference or sharing
